Helen is a very accomplished proof-editor due to several factors that make her unique:
- a detailed knowledge of the topic of design
- accuracy in editing and correcting

- attention to detail through understanding the meaning of the academic language

- speed and efficiency; every time I work with her I am certain the deadline will be fully met and often beaten!

- knowledge of several foreign languages allows understanding of errors and how best to correct them.

This why I only use Helen as my editor.

Helen Walker is my sixth French tutor, at the same time she is the first one who has shown me that learning French can be enjoyable and engaging. Thanks to her patience, sense of humour and knowledge, learning French, which once seemed laborious and boring, has become a pretty exciting pastime.

Helen has a very patient and approachable manner making learning as a complete beginner very comfortable and engaging. Helen's obvious enthusiasm towards teaching French is demonstrated in lessons that are well prepared, very interactive and extremely informative. I have enjoyed every aspect of my lessons and as a result feel confident I can become a competent French speaker.

While Helen is a kind and patient teacher, she does encourage students to push themselves and their limits, to develop and improve their language skills. She does this very perceptively; pushing skills, knowledge and confidence forward in an always timely and constructive manner. Helen is a very approachable teacher, always happy to adapt lesson plans to focus upon areas of doubt in the student's mind. She has a very pleasant, positive and friendly manner, her enthusiasm for languages is clearly evident and easily shared. I have enjoyed Helen's classes very much, I think she is a great teacher and a great person. If you're interested in learning languages, I don't hesitate to recommend her tuition!

Helen has been teaching me French for the past two years.
